HRM
Human Resource Management is the process of hiring and developing employees so that they become more valuable to the organization. Human Resource Management includes conducting job analyses, planning personnel needs, recruiting the right people for the job, orienting and training, managing wages and salaries, providing benefits and incentives, evaluating performance, resolving disputes, and communicating with all employees at all levels. Examples of core qualities of HR management are extensive knowledge of the industry, leadership, and effective negotiation skill.
COURSE CONTENT:
The course is a direct knowledge from the HRBOK Guild and will cover the following areas:
- Human resource administration and the law
- Compensation and benefits
- Human resource training and development
- Employee relations and communications
- Recruitment and selection
- Health, safety and security.
At the end of this course, candidate would be awarded Associate Professional in Human Resources Management (APHRM) certification from the Resources Management Certification Institute (RMCI.UK). There are other advanced certifications like the Professional in Human Resources Management (PHRM) and Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHRM).
